Growing herbs in a kitchen environment is difficult. Traditional plant pots take up a large amount of counter space, and wall-mounted alternatives require a wall close enough to a window to provide adequate sunlight. This concrete herb planter is an effort to provide a kitchen herb-growing method that takes up little space yet allows the user to grow a variety of herbs easily. The tiered design includes five chambers that can each be used for a different type of herb, and they vary in size so the user can grow more of their favorites. The tall vertical profile ensures that every plant receives all the sunlight it needs. Finally, the clean concrete aesthetic with a subtle blue glaze is certain to fit into the decor of any kitchen.
